At Sihoo , we want to ensure you are satisfied with our products. Should you have any questions or problems, we are happy to help. Returns resulting from our error – such as defective (irreparable) products, incorrectly delivered items, or duplicate orders – are processed quickly and easily.
For damaged or defective items upon delivery, please provide photos or a video for documentation. In such cases, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will assess its condition. If a product is deemed defective, we will issue a full refund. If the problem can be resolved by replacing a single part, we will prioritize this solution, including self-repair instructions. This way, you avoid the hassle of returning large items. Please note: We do not send technicians to your home.
Returns due to customer errors – such as incorrect orders, address errors, or changes of mind – are also free of charge . Our 30-day return policy applies here as well. After this period, our 3-year manufacturer's warranty covers product defects.

We will send you back a repaired or replaced product – depending on the need.

Refund policy
If you are not satisfied, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days and receive a full refund or exchange . Items must be in their original condition and packaging . Refunds will be processed within 7 days of confirmation of the return.
