Processing and delivery times
The processing time for orders is usually 1-2 working days . After dispatch, the delivery time is usually... 2-7 working days .
Please note that external factors such as customs clearance (for non-EU countries) or extreme weather conditions may cause delays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes.
Important note regarding campaign periods:
During large sales promotions (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Prime Day Due to the significantly increased order volume (or seasonal sales), delays may occur during these periods. Please expect a longer delivery time. Please allow up to one additional week for delivery . We appreciate your understanding.
Partial deliveries
Out of For logistical reasons , orders that fall under the following categories will be processed. C300 Pro, the C300 footrest, or the S300 Included, divided into two separate packages. These may arrive at different times.
Shipment tracking
All orders are trackable. As soon as your order has been shipped (usually within 1-2 business days of receipt), you will receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to check the status of your delivery at any time.
Changes and problems
Should your order arrive damaged or lost, our customer service team will be happy to assist you. Address changes or cancellations are only possible before the goods have been shipped. Please contact us immediately in this case.
