Sihoo is a comprehensive home textiles brand integrating production, sales, and research. Our ergonomic chairs, popular in over 100 countries, come with a 3-year warranty. Similarly, our standing desks are also covered by a 3-year warranty.

At Sihoo, we pride ourselves on creating high-quality ergonomic products that stand the test of time. The Sihoo Guarantee offers three (3) years of protection for our ergonomic chairs and standing desks, starting from the delivery date.

To activate your warranty, please follow the instructions included with your product or click here within seven days of receiving the item. For purchases made directly from us, activation is automatic. If you purchased from an authorized third-party retailer, you will need to register the warranty or provide proof of purchase.

To make a warranty claim, please fill out this form and describe the problem. We will offer you a solution as quickly as possible.

Warranty coverage

Our ergonomic chairs and standing desks are designed for the highest quality and durability. We will gladly replace any products that are defective during the warranty period. The Sihoo warranty is valid only in the countries to which our products are shipped. If you ship them to other regions, the warranty is void.

Our warranty applies only to purchases from Sihoo and authorized dealers with proof of purchase. It is non-transferable and does not apply to products from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces such as eBay. The warranty is also void if parts are replaced with non-Sihoo components or third-party accessories are used.

What is not covered by the warranty

Warranty periods
